Payment, refund, and cancellation terms for CampusClique digital access.

This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for CampusClique, a digital platform operated by Sync Spectrum Technologies.

1. Nature of Service

CampusClique provides digital platform access and related online features. Since the service is digital in nature, there is no physical product return, replacement, or shipping process involved.

2. No Refund Policy

Payments once successfully completed are generally non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, plan upgrades, or any other paid digital access purchased through CampusClique.

Users are requested to review the plan details, pricing, and features carefully before making a payment.

3. Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same plan or transaction
  • Failed transaction where the amount was debited from the user account but the service or premium access was not activated
  • Refund approval is subject to verification of payment records and confirmation from the payment gateway or banking partner.

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the user account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway involved.

5. Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, wherever possible. We do not process refunds to a different bank account, wallet, or payment method unless required due to technical or payment gateway limitations.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their active premium plan anytime from their CampusClique dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewal or future billing, where applicable.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, paid access may continue until the end of the active billing period, unless otherwise stated on the platform.

7. Cancellation Process

To cancel a premium plan:

  1. Log in to your CampusClique account.
  2. Go to the Dashboard.
  3. Open the subscription, billing, or plan section.
  4. Select the cancellation option.
  5. Confirm the cancellation request.
  6. If you face any issue while cancelling from the dashboard, you may contact support using the details below.

9. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Non-usage of the service after payment
  • Partial usage of a paid plan
  • Cancellation during an active billing period
  • Failure to cancel before renewal, where auto-renewal is applicable
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions leading to suspension or termination
