You must provide accurate information while creating an account or using CampusClique. If you are using the platform on behalf of an institution, organization, or group, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out through your account. You agree to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

CampusClique is intended for student-focused networking, collaboration, communication, and access to related platform features. You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the platform functioning, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

CampusClique may offer free and paid plans. The Free Plan is available at Rs. 0. The Premium Plan is available at Rs. 99 per month, unless updated on the Pricing page.

Paid services are activated only after successful payment. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers. CampusClique does not store sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or CVV details on its own servers.

Prices, plan features, and billing terms may be updated from time to time. Any applicable changes will be displayed on the website or inside the platform.

Users may cancel their active premium plan anytime from their CampusClique dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewal or future billing, where applicable. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period, unless otherwise stated on the platform.

Payments once successfully completed are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in case of duplicate payment or failed transaction where the amount has been debited from the user account but the service was not activated. Please refer to the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

Users may be able to submit, upload, or share content on CampusClique. You remain responsible for the content you submit. By using the platform, you confirm that your content does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.

We may remove or restrict content if it is found to be unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or against the intended use of the platform.

All trademarks, logos, platform design, software, text, graphics, user interface elements, features, and other materials related to CampusClique, except user-submitted content, are owned by or licensed to Sync Spectrum Technologies. Users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

CampusClique may use third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication tools, or other technology partners. Your use of such services may also be subject to the respective third party terms and policies.

We aim to keep CampusClique reliable and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, or factors beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate access to CampusClique if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, engages in fraudulent activity, creates security risks, violates applicable law, or causes harm to the platform, other users, or our business operations. Users may stop using the platform at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Sync Spectrum Technologies, CampusClique, its owners, team members, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or service interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the relevant billing period, subject to applicable law.

CampusClique provides digital platform features for student-focused networking, collaboration, and related activities. We do not guarantee any specific academic result, admission, employment, placement, income, business outcome, personal benefit, or institutional outcome from the use of the platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of CampusClique after updates means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of CampusClique shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
